Air Fryer Dijon Pork Chops
You will find that most Air Fryer recipes follow a formula: bread crumbs + something to make the bread crumbs stick to the protein + protein = dinner.
Usually this means mixing up some seasoned bread crumbs and beating an egg to create an egg wash. Dip the meat into the egg, then dredge through the bread crumbs; pop that into the air fryer and go.
For this, we swap out the egg wash with dijon mustard for flavor. I like seasoning my bread crumbs with seasoning salt, a little bit of cayenne, and some onion powder. Penzey’s Forward seasoning or Arizona seasoning also works well for this.
1 lb – 1 1/2 lb boneless pork chops
Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
Pre-heat air fryer to 360 F
Thickly coat pork chops in Dijon mustard. Dredge through seasoned bread crumbs.
Spray basket bottom and both sides of the chops with a thin layer of cooking spray (this helps avoid the breading sticking to the basket). Place chops in basket, and pop it in the air fryer at 360F for 12-15 minutes, flipping with tongs halfway through.
